The Butchers Club of Maple Lawn

The + was collaborating with the design team to deliver custom (non-standard) features and high-end finishes while working seamlessly around occupied tenants in a high-traffic retail area.

In this full-space renovation, KasCon transformed a sub shop into a high-end butcher shop and club.  This project included full demolition, a completely new kitchen and equipment, display cases, preparation area, electrical gear, HVAC, plumbing/fixtures, and restrooms. The high-end look required  boutique lighting, custom signage and art, high-end finishes and millwork, as well as custom retail shelving and merchandising areas.
