KasCon completed a 20,000-square-foot facility for R.F. Fager, a national mechanical equipment supplier, combining a new retail storefront, product showroom, warehouse, and office space under one roof. Delivered under an aggressive schedule within a challenging permit jurisdiction, the project required careful pre-construction planning and close coordination with local authorities to keep the work on track. A highlight of the project was the precise coordination with multiple brand kiosk vendors to ensure each display fit seamlessly within the showroom with the correct utilities and connections in place. KasCon worked closely with the owner throughout to deliver the quality and value R.F. Fager set out to establish as it expanded into the market.
