Goodwill – The Excel Center

The + was partnering closely with a non-profit organization to successfully navigate a challenging project with a tight schedule.

Goodwill selected KasCon to renovate its turn-of-the-century Baltimore office building into The Excel Center, a high school for adults.  The work was performed on eight floors and included demolition, reconstruction, mechanical and electrical system upgrades, and a complete overhaul of finishes throughout.  Work was performed on a tight city site with no staging space and difficult access. An aggressive completion goal and select imported products made for a challenging schedule.
