GBMC – Texas Station
The + was turning potential problems into quick, informed decisions that kept the project on schedule.
An existing occupied medical suite was expanded into an adjacent suite, with the remainder of that suite built out to include five new exam rooms, a physical therapy gym, four offices, and three treatment rooms. KasCon provided demolition, new walls, flooring, ceilings, and paint throughout. Specialty doors and millwork were installed per the end user’s specifications, and MEP systems were updated with new VAV boxes. Off-hours work was required over five weekends to allow the occupied suite to remain open and avoid disruption to patient services.
