Dominion Electrical Supply

The + is acting as the construction management firm working closely with the landlord and tenant corporate operations team to create a functional operation while maintaining a tight budget.

This project focused on renovating a 125,000 sq. ft industrial warehouse for Dominion Electrical Supply.  It included building-out three separate interior areas for service retail counter sales, outside sales staff and inside operations staff as well as managing the warehouse fixturing and improvements. Each one of these areas consisted of new interior construction along with new rooftop equipment and finishes. In addition, we repaired or replaced most of the existing warehouse dock equipment and created a fenced-in outdoor storage yard for the facility.
