Cushwa Brewing Company

The + was working with the end user and design team to adapt the existing floor to meet the operational needs of the client resulting in lower costs and a shorter timeline.  

KasCon collaborated with the Cushwa Brewing Company and Rad Pies to build a new taproom and pizza kitchen in Columbia, MD. This project showcases exposed concrete floors, natural white oak accents, floating cloud ceilings and new light fixtures managed by a new Bluetooth wireless mesh lighting control system. It also features a new stainless-steel beer tap system (up to forty-four beer taps), banquette seating and hand-painted murals to complete the upscale look. KasCon was engaged by the owner to shorten the construction schedule and reduce costs.  The new Cushwa Taproom and Pizza Kitchen will provide a source of food, drink and entertainment for the local community to enjoy for years to come.
