Anne Arundel County Government

The + was KasCon’s ability to fulfill the needs of eight separate County Departments while operating effectively at one central location.

KasCon renovated an existing 2-story 52,000 sq.ft. facility for Anne Arundel County Government as part of their initiative to consolidate eight different departments into one central location. This required a complete interior and partial exterior demolition of the existing building while repurposing some elements of the existing space to achieve maximum value to the County. Major structural improvements were required to get the building suited to the new use.

The project also incorporated a roof-mounted 500 kW generator to support vital operations during any power outages.

Close cooperation with the Landlord and Architectural team was paramount to keeping the project on track and within budget.
