Faced with Baltimore’s new permitting delays, KasCon sequenced work to minimize disruption and keep key installations on track—demonstrating our commitment to proactive, client-focused solutions. 

KasCon recently delivered a 14,500 SF interior renovation for a global real estate and investment management firm in downtown Baltimore. The LEED-certified project included high-end finishes and flexible workspaces designed for modern office needs. The project included the installation of Muraflex glass office fronts and a large operable glass partition to create flexible, light-filled spaces. The renovated layout featured a new café, multiple conference rooms, private offices, phone rooms, and phone booths to support a dynamic work environment. Mechanical upgrades included new supplemental cooling and a complete VAV system integrated with Siemens controls. High-end finishes and modern design elements were incorporated throughout to reflect the client’s global brand and standards.
