This 24,000 square foot office construction was completed in 12 weeks. Work included new HVAC Systems, new gang type rest rooms and a new electrical service to support the high-density use of the building. HVAC Equipment required major structural modifications. Complete replacement of exterior window walls as well as new interior glass offices improved the dispersion of light throughout the space. Extensive systems furniture coordination was required for the slab on grade in-feed locations.
