Peter’s 25 + years in the
industry afford him an invaluable amount of Project experience and
technical knowledge and ability. He
possesses experience in all types of construction performed for a variety
of industries, including: tenant improvement, historic renovation and base
building for retail, hospitality, health care, and corporate clients.
Peter is unique in that he has the project resume and job
experience of an individual that is typically cast as a Project Manager,
but is well rounded, and contributes so much more to the process.
After a series of
successful projects at Baltimore General Contracting firm, John E. Day,
Peter was promoted from Project Manager to Vice President.
Here he learned how his skills at serving the needs of his clients
could easily turn a single job into a series of projects, and a series of
projects, into a longstanding successful relationship.
These skills and experiences were targeted when Peter was recruited
to join The Leapley Company and be groomed to take over as General Manager
of its Baltimore Office. He
successfully managed this 8 million dollar per year operation for three
consecutive years, bringing a high level of intensity to client
satisfaction and personnel motivation; capitalizing on his experience and
ability to execute.
Peter’s calm and
collected demeanor provides clients with a sense of comfort and
confidence. Their sense is
well founded because behind his calm exterior is an experienced decision
maker who won’t hesitate to react quickly and do whatever it takes to
meet a schedule. Peter has a
history of fostering repeat business opportunities; the strongest possible
statement a client can make about how satisfied they are with the work.
The confidence and knowledge he possesses invites his involvement
in projects that require intensive pre-construction, design build and
opportunities which require the contractor to provide other than
“typical services”.
