KasCon is fully
computer integrated, and virtually every aspect of the firm’s business
is conducted electronically. Microsoft
Office 2000 products are used extensively as well as AIA Contract Document
Software, and Primavera-SureTrack Project Scheduling Software.
All of our Project personnel have instant e-mail notification, and
we use the medium extensively to communicate with clients, architects,
subcontractors, manufacturers and suppliers.

While KasCon is a
proponent of old fashioned face to face discussions, we know how important
communication is, and hence we utilize every innovation currently
available. All Project
Mangers and Superintendents are equipped with Nextel cellular phones with
enhanced one touch radio communication between networked parties.
These phones are equipped with Voice Mail boxes for both field and
office personnel.
During business hours
phones at the KasCon office are always answered by a live operator,
however at the caller’s option, (or during off hours) remotely
accessible voice mail is available for use.
At
KasCon we want to share information in the most accessible user friendly
format available. We are
currently in the process of enhancing our website with Project
Link, an innovative way to post project specific
information, including schedule status, photographs, financial data and
other information for private viewing on our web site by our clients.
