Introduction
KasCon offers its clients a complete range of services designed to
increase the firm’s contribution to the entire real estate selection,
design and construction process, while fulfilling the traditional role of
General Contractor. The
services tend to organize themselves into 4 distinct phases,
Pre-Construction, Bid, Construction, and Close out/Warranty.
While we prefer to be introduced into the process as early as
possible, KasCon can design its scope of services to include all or part
