Conversion of this circa 1950 warehouse to modern office/flex space represents Adaptive Re-use at its best. This complex structure contains over 300,000 square feet of commercial space which has been reconfigured to serve the needs of a variety of users. Work included new utilities, Electrical and Mechanical systems upgrades, hazardous material abatement, masonry restoration and structural reinforcement. In addition, the various facades of the building were improved through the addition of new glazing systems, EIFS and ornamental canopies. All of this work was performed in conjunction with the construction of interior spaces for anchor tenants.
